Despina teaches Ballet at Kidz on the Hill Despina Kefalidis BA (Hons) Theatre Dance, RADTC, ARAD 'Despina began her dancing
career in Athens, Greece performing for 5 years with the RAD Youth Ballet Company, where she appeared in productions of Giselle,
La Sylphide, Napoli and the Nutcracker as dancer and soloist. Moving to London to study at the London Studio Centre, she graduated
in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance. Despina is a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance and has taught ballet
at various dance schools in London as well as jazz and tap. Despina combines her teaching career with her passion for performing
and recently appeared as a Ballet Dancer in the film production 'StreetDance 3D'.

Alexander Perkins, Acting
Teacher Alex is an actor and comedian, having appeared in shows such as BBC's award winning The Office,
Foyles War and The Bill. He is currently a series regular in ITV1's Law & Order: UK. He also works in children's
theatre and made his West End debut last year in The Gruffalo. As a comedian, Alex took 2 shows to the Edinburgh Festival
Fringe as half of Perki and Mann. He also performs stand-up comedy as Alex from Boots and Rob the Zombie and runs Tumbleweed
Comedy in East Finchley, where he lives with his wife, Rachel, and his bunny, Lewis.

Nicola Wainwright
cover teacher at Kidz on the Hill Trained at The Rose Bruford College and graduated in 1992.
She has worked mainly in theatre and particularly enjoyed working at: Harrogate Theatre, York Theatre Royal, The Sheffield
Crucible, Worcester Swan, The New Vic – Stoke and Birmingham Rep. Some of her favourite parts have
been Dorothy in ‘The Wizard of Oz’, Helen in ‘Dear Nobody’, and Sonja in ‘Uncle Vanya’.
Her TV and film credits include Mike Leigh’s ‘Topsy Turvy’ and ‘Eastenders’.
She has also performed in several plays for BBC radio 4 including ‘Dover goes to Pott with Kenneth Cranham.
She teaches performing arts and drama in various schools: Centre Stage Milton Keynes, Jigsaw Arts, White Rose Theatre
Arts and Kidz on the Hill.

Jade teaches dance at kidz on the Hill Thursday School Jade studied performing arts
at college and has participated in many professional workshops with companies such as Frantic Assembly and Rambert. Jade’s
main styles are hip hop and commercial street although she is also a qualified cheerleading coach and has cheered professionally
at many sports events, including the London Marathon. She has also choreographed for the Young Film Academy and is currently directing and choreography a children’s
version of Beauty and The Beast The Musical. Jade also runs childrens party workshops.. for more info contact her at

Lulu Fish teaches on Summer and Easter school
workshops at kidz on the Hill
Lulu studied BA Performing Arts (Hons) at London Metropolitan University and has trained at
various London dance studios. She trains regularly with and is a member of the Realness family, and performs
regularly at festivals, dance events and theatres. Lulu’s main styles are hip-hop, locking &
popping, and has also trained in commercial street, contemporary, dancehall, house. Lulu is currently studying a PGCE
at university.
AmyBeth Smith –Singing and Vocal Specialist
AmyBeth grew up in Aberdeen, Scotland and won her first
music prize at just 8 years old. She has been involved in various prestigious choirs around Scotland from the age of 16yrs.
AmyBeth won a place at the Iain Tomlin School of Music in Edinburgh
where she obtained a degree in Opera performance. During her time there she sang at masterclasses for Jose Carreras and studied
under celebrated Soprano, Joan Busby. Her career then took her
back to Aberdeen, where she studied for her teaching degree studying under Jean Webster and former ENO and Scottish Opera
Soprano, Gillian Jack. While at Aberdeen, AmyBeth was the Principal
Music Scholar, Senior Soprano Scholar and won both a prestigious Ogston prize and an Ogston Scholarship. During her time at
the university AmyBeth became one of the Principal singers for Scottish Ballets’ production of ‘The Snowman’(which
toured the UK for two years), was a soloist numerous times for Aberdeen University Choral Society, performed all over the
country as a solo Soprano and took part in masterclasses with Jeremy Huw Edwards and Emma Kirkby. AmyBeth has been a singing teacher for 12 years and has worked both in schools and in community
arts projects throughout Scotland. She is
very excited to be joining the staff and is looking forward to her new adventures in England..
